  • European Women’s Lobby – The European Women’s Lobby (EWL), the largest co-ordinating body of national and European non-governmental women’s organisations.
  • National Alliance of Women's Organisations – An umbrella organisation for over 100 organisations and individuals based in England.
  • Oxfam’s ReGender Project – Working with local communities, voluntary organisations and local and national government to ensure that both women’s and men’s needs are taken into account in regeneration schemes.

  • The Women's National Commission – The official, independent, advisory body giving the views of women to the Government. It is the only organisation of this kind in the UK. It aims to ensure that women’s views are taken into account by the Government and are heard in public debate.
  • WomenAction – A global information, communication and media network that enables NGOs to actively engage in the Beijing+5 review process with the long term goal of women’s empowerment, with a special focus on women and media.
